sure you receive email from us. Sometimes, regular "spam
blocks" block legitimate email. Such blocks could
prevent you from receiving email from us.
Your

How To White List Emails

e-mail, here's how to ensure you always get our messages:
Open the latest issue of the e-mail
you want to whitelist.
- Click the More Options
link. It's on the title line of the e-mail, over on the right,
next to the date. (If you see "Hide Options"
instead, then you already have the extra options visible and
can just skip this step.)
- When the extra options are visible
(just below the subject line), click the Add sender
to contacts list link.
- Alternatively, you can just send
an e-mail to simon@trafficflare.net
and that will add the address to your Contacts list
automatically. Even if the e-mail you send doesn't get through
(for whatever reason), the act of sending it does the job of
putting the address into your Contacts list--and that's what
counts.
If one of our emails has been filtered
into the Spam folder, you can prevent that ever happening again:
Click on the Spam
link to open your Spam folder.
Click on the wrongly filtered e-mail to open it.
Click the Not Spam button at the top of the e-mail
(right next to "Delete Forever").

Extra note about AOL
AOL has a very aggressive filtration
system in place to block SPAM from filling your inbox. Unfortunately,
even if you requested to receive email from us, it can get blocked
out by AOL's spam filters.
**Add our email address to your
approved list
**Additionally, AOL's new SPAM controls
will recognize what kinds of email you consistently delete and
in about a week will automatically delete these emails from your
inbox. For example, if you do not open our Email for about a week,
AOL will automatically block you from receiving any additional
messages from our address/domain.
We recommend that you open each
Email update at the first convenient time when it arrives in your
inbox.
If you are not receiving the messages,
we recommend that you contact AOL and request they unblock our
email so you may
continue receiving our newsletter.
Note
if you use services like spam arrest!
A lot of times, you should only
use services like spam arrest only if you do not subscribe
to online services, i.e. you only receive a few non-commercial
emails from friends.
If you use such services, be
sure to add our email address to your whitelist.
Most of these services will have a way for you to do so
In spam arrest you go to "Senders"
then Add email address". Add simon@trafficflare.net
to authorize it.
We may not always be able to confirm
delivery requests from such services.
